Message	Use a leather conditioner before you install (because that's when it's easiest) and afterwards apply it regularly everytime you notice that the previous application evaporated already... I do mine evey 4-6 weeks and they're just fine. I live in a moderate climate though, if you live in a one season climate (like SoCal) you'd probably need to do it more often.
